Mobile Legends is showing no signs of slowing down with the release of its 100th hero in Benedetta. The hardworking Shadow Ranger from the Barren Lands constantly sharpens her
fighting skills and is dead serious about annihilating monsters that ravage the land.

Players who are keen on using this crafty assassin should know that it won’t be easy as Benedetta’s skill patterns and playstyle works differently from the usual heroes. However, take note that she’s very effective when chasing enemies and can also protect herself while on the run. Practice will surely pay dividends in the long run.
How to win in MLBB using Benedetta
- Get stronger by farming. The earlier the better. Make sure to equip jungling items plus use Retribution to make the job easier.
- Maximize on her chasing/burst abilities to gain the upper hand. She is very good at it. Utilize her basic attack more and holding it still to charge her passive skill. The result will enable her to deal better physical damage and even trigger spell vamp.
- Her ‘shadow’ matters. Benedetta’s first skill, Phantom Slash, has the ability to increase the hero’s damage by up to 200% -- given you are able to hit the target with your shadow. Better build up on this skill first as much as you can.
- *Learn how to dash and how to time it perfectly. This will be advantageous especially during late game where survivability is critical to dictate the tempo.
- For hero combination, Khufra setting up as the tank timed with Benedetta’s Ulti can be an essential 1-2 punch for the team. Ideally, crowd control with Tigreal or Silvanna can complement Benedetta as she delivers the final blow on trapped victims.
Benedetta Skills / Abilities
When holding down the Basic Attack button, Benedetta enters Swordout State and keeps gathering Sword Intent. If the Basic Attack button is released after the Sword Intent is fully charged, Benedetta will use Swordout Slash in the direction she’s facing and dash forward, dealing 100 (+220% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies on the path. Only when Benedetta is in Swordout State and her Sword Intent is fully charged by holding down the Basic Attack button, can she release the Swordout Slash.
Benedetta can also earn Sword Intent when dealing damage via Basic Basic Attack and skills.
Benedetta withdraws swiftly and leaves a shadow in front. After a short delay, her shadow slashes forward in a fan-shaped area, dealing 300 / 340 / 380 / 420 / 460 / 500 (+60% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and slowing the enemies by 60% for 0.5 second.
Meanwhile, Benedetta dashes forward to slash, dealing 180 / 204 / 228 / 252 / 276 / 300 (+70% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. If the target is hit by her shadow, damage caused by Benedetta herself will increase to 200%.
Benedetta raises her weapon to defend, gains Control Immunity and blocks damage from any source within 0.8 second. After defense, she stabs in a designated direction dealing 300 / 330 / 360 / 390 / 420 / 450 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage.
If Benedetta defends a Crowd Control successfully during defense, she will gain full Sword Intent and stun the target instead for 1.5 seconds.
Benedetta clenches Alecto and slashes forward after a short delay, becoming invincible while dashing, slowing all targets for 1 second.
After dashing, Benedetta detonates the Sword Intent on the path, strangling the enemy with the Sword Intent for 2.5 seconds, dealing 80 / 100 / 120 (+50% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and slowing the enemy by 20% every 0.2 second.

Retribution: In order to complete her build fast, Benedetta needs to farm effectively in the early game. The best battle spell fit for her is therefore Retribution to help her jungle faster.
Best Emblem Set
Without a doubt, the Assassin Emblem is most suited for Benedetta to make her more formidable during battle. Rack up points over to Agility to gain extra movement speed.
Select Invasion to pad her Physical Penetration. If your play style is focused more on sustainability and durability, choose Bloodthirst to gain lifesteal.
Top it off with Killing Spree to ensure that you will regen HP Every time you get a kill. It also gives movement boost when you down an enemy.
Best Build
You can focus your core items on getting Raptor Machete to stack your Physical attack, Magic Shoes to reduce CD and Bloodlust Axe for additional Spell Vamp. Don’t forget to bring along defensive items like Queen’s Wings to counter the enemy’s damage dealer.
