– Once the winners are determined, they will be verified by a Codashop representative and the DTI representative using the database of raffle entries and the transaction records on the system.
– A copy of the name of winners will be given to the DTI representative.
Notification of Winners and claiming of prizes:
– Winners of vouchers will be contacted and prizes will be sent via email and/or SMS within 15 business days from the raffle draw date.
– Winners of physical prizes will be contacted via email. Winners should reply and confirm their details to redeem their prizes.
– Redemption of physical prizes is until Dec 08, 2021 only. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with DTI’s permission.
– Physical prizes will be sent within 30 business days after the winner’s confirmation.
– Prizes are non-transferrable.
– The 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by the winners.
Terms and Conditions:
– By purchasing on Codashop and entering a valid email address, the user agrees to the terms and conditions including receiving communications related to this promo. The user can opt out by contacting Codashop’s Facebook page or replying to the communication sent and expressing his intention to opt out.
