- Winners need to claim the prizes by replying to Codashop’s email within 3 days starting from the day the email is sent.
- Prizes will be arranged by Codashop and sent to winners within 30 – 45 working days after winner’s confirm via email and reply with shipping details.
- Users will get more entries to the campaign when they top up a higher amount of Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals.
