Terms and Conditions

1. This “Wild Wins” contest (“Contest”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (2239696-U) (“U Mobile”). The Contest commences at 12.00 a.m on 21 December 2020 and ends at 11.59 p.m on 31 December 2020 (“Contest Period”).
2. Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
3. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
4. Contest Eligibility

1. 1. This Contest is open to all Active U Mobile prepaid subscribers only. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
  2. U Mobile employees and their family members are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
  3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participants without assigning any reason.
  4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian to participate in this Contest.

5. Contest Mechanics

1. 1. In order to participate, you must purchase a minimum of 300 Wild Cores (“Game Credits”) at Codashop platform (https://www.codashop.com/my/) using U Mobile’s direct carrier billing service.
  2. Each participant will gain 1 entry to the Contest for every 300 Wild Cores purchased during the Contest Period.
  3. There will be no limits on the number of entries for a participant.

6. Prizes

1. 1. 1. 1. The 1st – 7th participants with the highest number of entries will receive 3,400 Wild Cores each; andAt the end of the Contest Period, fourteen (14) qualified participants will be selected as the winners based on the highest number of entries as follows:
      2. The next 8th – 14th participants with the highest number of entries will receive 1,650 Wild Cores each.a. Winners will be announced on the U Mobile Games Credit Page (www.u.com.my/extras/apps-services/game-credits) on 8 January 2021.
  2. A participant is eligible to win only once during the entire Contest Period.
  3. If the winner foregoes the prize for any reason, the next eligible participant will be selected as a winner.
  4. U Mobile will notify the winners via phone call within 3 working days after the end of the Contest Period. The winners are required to provide their contact details (i.e. name, email address, contact number and Riot ID). U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify and select another winner if the winner is unable to be contacted after 3 phone call attempts or if the winner fails to provide the contact details and the required information due to any reasons whatsoever. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the winners.
  5. Winners must provide the correct Riot ID to U Mobile via phone call as specified in paragraph 6 (e). If any incorrect Riot ID provided by the winners results in the Games Credit not being credited to the winners’ account, U Mobile or the games platform provider (“Codashop”) will not be held liable.
  6. The Game Credits will be credited to the winner’s Riot ID within 5 working days from the end of the Contest Period by Codashop.
  7. The winners must ensure that their Prepaid account is Active and Riot account is active during the Contest Period until the issuance of prizes.
  8. U Mobile will not entertain other channels of prize delivery or issuance. Winners must comply with any instructions as determined by Codashop to redeem their prizes.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind. All prizes are subject to availability.
  10. The prizes are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at any time or change the number of prizes without prior notice without prior notice. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes.
