Terms and Conditions
- This “300,000 Diamonds Giveaway Contest” contest (“Contest”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (2239696-U) (“U Mobile”). The Contest commences at 12.00 p.m on 11 April 2022 and ends at 11.59 p.m on 24 April 2022 (“Contest Period”).
- Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
- By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
- Contest Eligibility
- This Contest is open to all Active U Mobile prepaid subscribers for more than 3 months tenure only. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
- U Mobile employees and their family members are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participants without assigning any reason.
- Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian to participate in this Contest.
- Contest Mechanics
- In order to participate, you must top up 383 Diamonds worth RM31.70 on Mobile Legends (“Game Credits”) in a single receipt at Codashop platform (https://www.codashop.com/my/) using U Mobile’s direct carrier billing service.
- Each participant is required to fill in their details on Codashop landing page to participate in the contest.
- Every 5th verified submission will be shortlisted to receive 200 diamonds.
- First 1,500 verified users will receive a digital code via My U Mobile application (App) on 28 April 2022.
- A SMS notification will be sent to winners’ U Mobile numbers to retrieve their prizes from the App on 28 April 2022.
- Each mobile number can only win once during the entire Contest Period.
- Below transactions are not qualified for the campaign:
- Transactions that are subsequently cancelled and refunded
- Disputes, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions
- Prizes
- A total of 1,500 winners who fulfilled the qualifying criteria will be selected throughout the Campaign Period.
- No other channels will be entertained. Not exchangeable for cash or any other form.
- U Mobile will notify the winners via My U Mobile app on 28 April 2022.
- U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the winners.
- Winners must provide the correct U Mobile number used during the purchase on Codashop landing page. Any incorrect mobile number provided by the winners results in the Prizes not being sent to the winners’ My U Mobile app, U Mobile or the games platform provider (“Codashop”) will not be held liable.
- The winners must ensure that their Prepaid account is Active and MLBB account is active during the Contest Period until the issuance of prizes.
- U Mobile will not entertain other channels of prize delivery or issuance. Winners must comply with any instructions as determined by Codashop to redeem their prizes.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind. All prizes are subject to availability.
- The prizes are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at any time or change the number of prizes without prior notice. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes.
