The vast world of Teyvat is home to countless wonders; from the blissful plains of Mondstadt to the magical depths of Fontaine’s waters, you’ll never run out of things to discover. However, if you don’t pace yourself, this vastness can turn what’s supposed to be a long, fulfilling journey into a hectic and exhausting sprint.
If you’re looking for new adventures to add to your Teyvat tales, you’re in the right place because this list will surely spice up your Genshin Impact experience. Here are 7 Genshin Impact achievements that are worth the grind.
1: Elemental Specialist Achievements

Mastering Genshin Impact’s Elemental Reaction system is key to any Traveller’s success. While the whole concept is fairly easy to grasp, the chaotic nature of fights often leaves one confused about whether they’re doing the reactions correctly. Good thing we have the Elemental Specialist Achievements Series to help us understand it on a deeper level.
This series will task you to use all the Elemental Reactions in the game under various time restrictions. It can get a little challenging because, if you’re in the endgame, monsters will either be too squishy to survive the initial attacks, or too tanky to kill quickly. Here’s a tip: make use of the lower Spiral Abyss floors! This way, you can freely choose monster levels to make sure they can endure your entire combo. You’ll also have unlimited respawns this way, allowing you to practice the reactions to your heart’s desire.
2: Teyvat Fishing Guide Achievements
Total Primogems: 95
Difficulty: 5/5
Fishing is one of the more relaxing activities in Genshin Impact and although unlocking all the achievements under the Teyvat Fishing Guide Achievement Series sounds like a tall order, the items and features you get while unlocking it make the whole thing worthwhile.
The series only gives you a total of 95 Primogems spread across 12 achievements, but during the process, you’ll also acquire tons of Ornamental Fishes you can use to decorate your Serenitea Pot and a 4-star Polearm called The Catch, which is easily one of the best F2P options for Elemental Burst-focused units. To be honest, I’m still 507 fishes shy of completing the series so if you’ve already unlocked this, congrats and feel free to flaunt that namecard!
3: Meetings in Outrealm Achievements
Total Primogems: 380 (as of Version 4.8)
Difficulty: 3/5
If defeating huge beasts is your and your co-op buddy’s idea of a good time, you’ll have a blast unlocking the Meetings in Outrealm Achievements in Genshin Impact. This series currently has 4 parts (I, II, III, and IV) that require Travellers to finish missions in co-op mode. While the earlier versions only give out easier tasks like harvesting regional items and completing domains, the later ones will require you to defeat Weekly Bosses and World Bosses.
You can also add more members to your co-op party to give the bosses a 250% Base HP and 140% Base ATK to make things more fun and challenging. Hope you’re good at dodging!
4: Zoo Tycoon

With an eye for design and Genshin Impact’s furnishing sets and realm layouts, you can make captivating worlds inside the Serenitea Pot. However, if you want your realm to truly flourish, you should start housing animals to make it more lively.
To do this, you’ll need the Omni-Ubiquity Net, a consumable gadget that enables you to catch small animals in the open world and place them in your Serenitea Pot. Catching 100 animals unlocks the Zoo Tycoon achievements, granting you a total of 35 Primogems.
5: Memories of the Heart Achievements
Total Primogems: 570
Difficulty: 2/5
The diverse roster of characters is one of the reasons Travellers love Genshin Impact. Here, you can always find tidbits of information about your favourite characters, making them more relatable and lifelike. If you ask me, the best way to get to know your characters is by doing their Hangout Events, as it will give you a glimpse of a typical day in their lives.
Completing a Hangout Event unlocks one Memories of the Heart achievement granting 20 Primogems, and two other hidden achievements granting 5 Primogems each.
6: Overlooking View
Total Primogems: 5
Difficulty: 1/5
Besides the bountiful rewards, another thing that keeps Travellers going is the majestic sights found all over Teyvat. And if I get to choose one location to discover again for the first time, it will definitely be Qingyun Peak.
The sights from Qingyun Peak are truly spectacular, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. From here, you can see Liyue’s steep mountains piercing the skies and a series of floating platforms adorned with ancient Liyue designs. It’s often enveloped in fog, which, especially in the afternoons, makes this serene location even more magical.
Reaching Qingyun Peak for the first time unlocks one Luxurious Chest, two Precious Chests, a Geoculus, as well as the Overlooking View achievement. It also makes for a cool wishing spot!
7: Owner’s Duty

Difficulty: 1/5
Travellers have been asking HoYoverse for a “pet” feature for the longest time, and given how adorable the animals are in the overworld, I’m all for it. Thankfully, they gave in during Version 4.6!
Osse is a possessed cat who guides you through The Shadow Over Petrichor and For Today and Tomorrow World Quests. If you come back to his owner, Este, after the quests, there will be an option to feed and pet Osse. The grand reward of this whole quest line, if you ask me. Doing so will unlock the Owner’s Duty achievement.
