As the story shifts toward the skies of Roscaelifer, players will encounter new allies, fresh combat strategies, and plenty of opportunities to strengthen their squads.

New Agents: Velina and Norma
Velina Airgid arrives as an S-Rank Wind-Anomaly Agent and quickly establishes herself as one of the most unique support units in ZZZ. A refined specialist within the External Strategy Department and an important figure in the Roscaelifer storyline, Velina plays a key role in the investigation surrounding Flint Porcelloy. In combat, she specializes in enabling Anomaly teams through a combination of Windbloom and Windbite stacks, powerful Vortex reactions, and persistent Cyclones that continue damaging enemies even after she leaves the field. Rather than serving as a traditional hypercarry, Velina thrives in teams that constantly rotate characters, rewarding players who enjoy juggling status effects, chaining Anomalies, and setting up devastating hits through her Abloom mechanics.
On the other hand, Norma Hollowell enters the roster as an S-Rank Fire-Stun Agent and the brilliant Chief Technician of the External Strategy Department. Known throughout Roscaelifer for her engineering expertise and Bangboo-inspired inventions, Norma brings a fresh twist to the Stun archetype. Instead of requiring long periods of field time, she creates opportunities for her teammates through her unique Preheated Chamber mechanic, allowing Quick Assists to transform into Chain Attacks outside of traditional stun windows. Her gadgets continue fighting even when she swaps out, while her turrets provide steady Fire damage and Daze buildup. Norma excels as an off-field Stunner, support, and sub-DPS, making her a fantastic pick for players who enjoy quick swap teams and constant offensive pressure.
Velina will be joined by fellow S-Rank Agent Ye Shunguang and A-Rank Agents Nicole Demara and Piper Wheel during Phase 1 of Version 3.0, which runs until July 8, 2026. Once Phase 1 concludes, Norma Hollowell will steal the show as the featured S-Rank Agent of Phase 2.

New W-Engine: Joyau Dore
Velina’s signature S-Rank W-Engine is a treat for Anomaly-focused teams. It boasts a hefty 713 Base ATK and 60% Energy Regen, ensuring its wielder can consistently access EX Special Attacks. Its passive effect, Flawless Etiquette, grants a massive 70 Anomaly Proficiency while further boosting the damage of Vortex and Windswept effects whenever the wielder’s EX Special Attack deals Wind DMG. At maximum stacks, the effect also grants another 60 Anomaly Proficiency to the entire squad, turning Joyau Dore into both a personal power boost and a valuable team-support tool for players looking to maximize Wind teams.

Celestial Nexus Intelligence Dossier
Want to learn everything about the newest region? The Celestial Nexus Intelligence Dossier event serves as a guided exploration of Roscaelifer and its story content. Available until July 29, 2026, the event unlocks after completing Season 3, Chapter 1, “A Sleepwalker’s Confession.” Proxies can complete a series of tasks tied to story progression and exploration objectives, earning rewards such as Polychromes, Boopons, and character upgrade materials.

Bangbang! The Genius and the Miracle Chip
Norma takes center stage at this special event focused on Bangboo research and experimentation. After unlocking the Central Computing Hub in Season 3, Chapter 1’s “Celestial Nexus” mission, Proxies can assist Norma by loading special training data models known as “Collaboorators”. These enhanced Bangboo can take on challenges, help restore the Central Computing Hub, and contribute to Norma’s latest inventions. Event rewards include Polychromes, unique name cards, and Proxy accessories.
