This S-Rank Physical-Rupture Agent transforms the fan-favorite Cunning Hares sharpshooter into a reckless biker hypercarry who literally burns his own HP for damage boosts. His gameplay centers around a powerful biker mode that upgrades his attacks and lets him build Heat while speeding around enemies. Once his Heat gauge is maxed out, Billy can detonate his bike through a devastating EX Special for massive AOE Rupture damage. He also features an unusual HP-to-Sheer conversion mechanic that rewards tankier builds while still dealing huge damage, alongside self-healing tools that help offset the HP drain from his skills.
Promeia will be joined by fellow S-Rank Agent Lucia and A-Rank Agents Soukaku and Lucy during Phase 1 of the Version 2.8 banners, which will run until May 27, 2026. Starlight Billy will be available in Phase 2.
New W-Engine: Frostfall Sickle

The biggest event of Version 2.8 sends Proxies into the disaster-stricken Marcel Bootopia Amusement Island with Eous and a group of Bangboo companions. After a mysterious chip begins affecting Eous, players will investigate the attraction park while gathering supplies, increasing access levels, and unlocking combat buffs through special Access Boosts.
