The second phase of Version 6.4 is here, and it’s bringing back two powerful Cryo favorites who can instantly freeze Floor 12: the mysterious Abyssal swordmaster Skirk and Fontaine’s culinary genius Escoffier. Whether you’re looking to unleash relentless sword combos or set up the perfect elemental team, this phase offers plenty of reasons to start saving (or spending) your Primogems wisely.
Both characters bring distinct playstyles to the table. Skirk thrives on momentum and aggressive gameplay, while Escoffier excels as a Cryo support who empowers allies with resistance shredding, healing, and consistent elemental application.
In this guide, we’ll break down the new Phase 2 banners, featured weapons, and the latest events arriving in Version 6.4 so you can decide where to spend your pulls.

New Banners
Known as the mysterious mentor of Tartaglia, Skirk is a formidable swordmaster tied closely to the Abyss and its unique combat techniques. Her kit is built around relentless offense; rapid sword strikes and ability usage allow her to build special combat stacks that amplify her damage the longer she remains on the field. Activating her Elemental Skill puts her into a heightened combat stance, increasing her attack speed and modifying her Normal and Charged Attacks to chain together fluid sword combos while generating Abyssal energy. Once fully ramped up, her Elemental Burst consumes these stacks to unleash devastating Cryo damage. The result is a momentum-driven playstyle that rewards players who maintain pressure and carefully time their options for maximum payoff.
Joining her is Escoffier, a celebrated chef from Fontaine whose culinary mastery extends far beyond the kitchen. Escoffier brings a flavorful twist to combat as a Cryo support specialist who deploys cooking-themed constructs to help allies dominate the battlefield. Her Elemental Skill summons a helper that continuously deals Cryo damage while providing debuffs to enemies and healing to teammates, making her an excellent enabler for Freeze or Melt compositions. Her Elemental Burst expands this setup into a larger culinary domain, boosting the potency of her debuffs while dramatically increasing off-field Cryo application. In practice, Escoffier shines as a support who prepares the battlefield with sustained Cryo coverage before swapping out to allow the main DPS to trigger powerful elemental reactions.

These two powerful 5-star units won’t be arriving alone. During Phase 2, Skirk and Escoffier will be accompanied by 4-star characters Charlotte, Candace, and Dahlia, giving Travelers even more incentives to pull. The Phase 2 banners will remain available until April 7, 2026, so be sure to plan your wishes before time runs out.

Featured Weapons
If you’re planning to optimize your new characters fully, the weapon banner for Phase 2 includes signature gear designed to complement their playstyles.
Azurelight is a 5-star sword tailored for aggressive sword users like Skirk. With a high Base ATK of 674 and 22.1% Crit Rate, the weapon already offers strong offensive stats. Its passive effect, White Mountain’s Bounty, increases ATK by 24% for 12 seconds after using an Elemental Skill. If the wielder happens to have zero energy stacks during that window, the buff becomes even stronger, granting an additional 24% ATK and 40% Crit DMG. For characters that rely on extended on-field combat and ability weaving, Azurelight can significantly boost damage output.
Meanwhile, Symphonist of Scents is a 5-star polearm that pairs beautifully with Escoffier’s support kit. It offers 608 Base ATK and a hefty 66.2% Crit DMG on top of several buffs that take her ATK scaling to the next level. The Seasoned Symphony passive effect increases ATK by 12%, with another 12% that activates when the wielder is off-field—perfect for support units who frequently swap out. After triggering healing, both the wielder and healed allies gain the “Sweet Echoes” effect, increasing ATK by another 32% for 3 seconds. This makes it a strong choice for boosting team damage in reaction-heavy compositions.
New Events
Phase 2 also brings a pair of events that let Travelers earn rewards while exploring Teyvat in creative ways.
Sightseeing With Friends features two modes: “A Closer Look,” where players compare paintings with Teyvat scenery to locate missing elements, and “Photo-Fun Tour,” which challenges players to photograph creatures they encountered during sightseeing adventures. The more creatures captured in a single shot, the higher your Fun Score. Complete all six stages to unlock Primogems!
For Travelers who’ve unlocked their Miliastra Wonderland Manekin, this next event offers a new way to unlock fancy costumes! Starting March 23, you’ll be able to participate in Starlight Voyage: Gallant Stride. Complete its quests and accumulate Sightseeing Experiences to earn Prismatic Crystals that can be exchanged for Colorful Surprise Boxes.
The second half of Version 6.4 is shaping up to be a cool one—literally. With Skirk slicing through enemies with Abyssal energy and Escoffier serving up Cryo RES shreds and healing for the whole team, Travelers have two strong reasons to spend their Primogems this phase.
