New Character and Weapon Banners
Meet Chasca and Ororon, two new characters straight from Natlan!
Chasca is a 5-star Anemo Bow user with a knack for aerial attacks. She uses Anemo to unleash swirling torrents from above, creating powerful Swirl reactions that spread elemental damage like wildfire (or, in this case, wind-fire!). She’s ideal for players who love fast, high-mobility characters.
Ororon, a 4-star Electro Bow user, has a playful but powerful approach to crowd control. With his Supersonic Oculus, he shocks and immobilizes enemies, making him perfect for handling multiple foes simultaneously.
For the first phase, Chasca teams up with the always-mystical Lyney in their own Character Wish Banners. In Phase 2, the reliable Zhongli and the Iudex of Fontaine, Neuvillette, offer a lineup of both strength and protection.
As always, each 5-star character featured in this patch’s Character Wish Banners will have their signature weapons available in the Weapon Banners, with Chasca’s signature bow, Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage coming in Phase 1.
New Events
Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls
Team up with Citlali and Ororon to complete combat challenges and mini-games to earn valuable rewards, as well as the new event-exclusive 4-star sword, Calamity of Eshu.
Adventure Trials: Metamorphosis
A test of your strategic skills and Genshin Impact knowledge, this trial event challenges players to adapt to evolving battlefield conditions—complete challenges with designated characters to win Primogems, Character and EXP materials, and Sanctifying Elixirs.
Claw Convoy
Partner up with Lamiya and track down her cute adopted animals! Besides taking snaps with these adorable creatures, you’ll also get rewards such as Primogems, Mora, and Character ascension materials.
New Boss – Tenebrous Papilla
A formidable foe has appeared: the Tenebrous Papilla. This creature lurks in Ochkanatlan’s depths, feeding off Abyssal energy and able to mimic powerful enemies. The Papilla’s camouflaging abilities make it difficult to detect and wields Abyssal powers that challenge even seasoned players.
To defeat it, use elemental attacks to shatter its Void Wards, leaving it vulnerable to damage. Nightsoul-aligned elemental attacks from Natlan characters like Kinich and Mualani are incredibly effective, so plan your team wisely. The rewards will be well worth the challenge for those who can conquer this terrifying boss.
New Area – Ochkanatlan
Ochkanatlan is a vast, abandoned city shrouded in mystery and dark energy. Abyssal contamination has overrun this ancient land, making it dangerous for only the bravest to explore.
The area holds many secrets, including remnants of the Flower-Feather Clan. As you explore Ochkanatlan, you’ll encounter strange, twisted landscapes, ominous clouds, and a fierce dragon guarding the city’s heart.
Travelers will be aided by a special new companion named Cocouik. This loyal friend is your guide and protector, helping clear Abyssal contamination so you can navigate Ochkanatlan safely. Follow Cocouik’s light to collect Secret Source Scraps and build his power. When fully empowered, he’ll be essential for tracking Ochkanatlan’s mysterious dragon!
