Passive effect: Deceit – Increases the wielder’s SPD by 18%. After an attack, there’s a 120% base chance to inflict Bamboozle, reducing enemy DEF by 16% for 2 turns. If the wielder’s SPD is 170 or higher, it also has a 120% base chance to inflict Theft, stacking another 8% DEF reduction.
This Light Cone enhances Cipher’s debuff utility while rewarding you for building her around SPD, which you should already be doing. Bamboozle and Theft may sound playful, but they’ll shred enemy defenses and boost your entire team’s damage.
