New Agents: Dialyn and Banyue
Dialyn arrives as an S-Rank Physical-Stun Agent, though calling her just an “agent” feels like underselling it. By day, she’s a TOPS customer service representative and a no-nonsense judge of the Krampus Compliance Authority. By night? She tears through Hollows using a combat style that blends legal authority, maximum efficiency, and just a dash of customer-service-induced fury. Her kit revolves around two resources: Customer Complaints and Positive Reviews, letting her unleash stronger moves like the wonderfully named “Get Lost!” which can trigger instant Ultimates for her teammates. Dialyn likes to stun enemies quickly, fuel massive team burst windows, and empower her squad with buffs.
Then there’s Banyue: martial arts master and walking inferno. This S-Rank Fire-Rupture Agent fights with a high-skill, high-reward combo system fueled by his unique Adrenaline and Wrathful Fires mechanics. Master Banyue flows seamlessly between light and heavy attacks, executing Perfect Cancels to create rapid combo chains and deal explosive damage. His Visage of Wrath state transforms him into a towering Four-Armed Vajra, granting him new devastating EX Special Attacks and a mighty finisher. Even if your combo drops, Banyue recovers quickly with parries, EX attacks, and rock-solid discipline. He thrives on aggressive frontline combat with teammates who can support his relentless tempo from the off-field.
Dialyn headlines Phase 1 with fellow S-Rank Agent Hugo Vlad and A-Rank Agents Corin Wickes and Billy Kid from November 26 to December 17, 2025. Banyue will then enter the battlefield in Phase 2.
