New Characters: Evernight and Permansor Terrae

Evernight

Hold onto your seats, March 7th fans, our pink-haired friend isn’t just about cheerful snapshots anymore. Evernight emerges as a darker, more enigmatic figure, representing March’s forgotten past. She’s not here to play nice either: her entire combat identity revolves around her jellyfish memosprite, Evey, who grows stronger with each stack of Memoria. Think of her as a high-maintenance but ridiculously rewarding DPS, feeding on accumulation and timing to unleash devastating AoE bursts.

Evernight belongs to the Path of Remembrance with an Ice element. Still, unlike the usual crowd-control focus, she amplifies team memosprites’ Crit DMG while also detonating her own for massive payoff. Pair her with other Remembrance characters to unlock her full potential, and you’ll quickly see why even the Garden of Recollection is wary of her.

Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae

Dan Heng just keeps on glowing up! After inheriting the Earth Coreflame and stepping deeper into the Path of Permanence, he takes on a majestic new form as Permansor Terrae. If Imbibitor Lunae were the water dragon, then Terrae would be the embodiment of towering mountains and steadfast earth. His kit reflects this evolution, too! He now summons the mighty Souldragon to protect allies, cleanse debuffs, and reinforce shields.

His playstyle is less about raw aggression and more about balanced defense and counterattacks. His Ultimate shields the entire party and powers up his summon to launch devastating follow-up attacks. For Trailblazers looking for a rock-solid anchor who can both deal damage and protect the squad, Terrae will be available on Phase 2, which starts October 15, 2025.

Phase 1 Featured Characters

5-Star

  • Evernight (Remembrance, Ice)
  • The Herta (Erudition, Ice)

4-Star

  • Misha (Destruction, Ice)
  • Guinaifen (Nihility, Fire)
  • Xueyi (Destruction, Quantum)

New Light Cone: To Evernight’s Stars

Evernight’s story isn’t complete without her signature Light Cone, To Evernight’s Stars. Built for Remembrance path characters, this cone boosts her stats and enhances her synergy with memosprites.

It revolves around the Sleepless effect, which pumps Evernight’s Max HP by 30%, buffs her damage, and, when her memosprite takes action, grants the team a juicy DEF-ignoring bonus. On top of that, the cone refunds Energy when her companion disappears, keeping rotations smooth. In short: if you’re serious about making Evernight your next Main DPS, this Light Cone is a must-have.

New Events

Nice Weather for Dromases

If you’ve ever wanted to nurse Amphoreus’ cute baby Dromases, this is your chance! In this event, Professor Anaxa entrusts you with a baby dromas egg, and surprise—it hatches under your watch! What follows is a delightful life-sim where you’ll raise the adorable (and slightly dirt-obsessed) creature through feeding, bathing, and guiding its growth. Your choices shape its traits, unlock special events, and even let you dress it up. Rewards include avatars and other goodies, but to be honest, the dromas’ big golden eyes will steal your heart.

Colorful Mayhem

Seal Slammers is back, but with a new multiplayer mode called “Double Seals”! Here, you’ll field six baby seals (three as combatants and three as supporters), making for a much more strategic lineup game. If that wasn’t enough chaos, Origami Bird Clash also gets a “Best of the Flock” mode, turning it into a 30-player elimination royale. It’s fast-paced, competitive, and just the right mix of silly and intense. Expect plenty of clashing, slamming, and maybe some trash-talking.

Version 3.6 really flexes both sides of Honkai Star Rail’s charm: on one end, we’ve got Evernight’s haunting presence and Dan Heng’s grounded strength, while on the other, you’re raising baby dromases and sending seals into battle. It’s a mix of profound lore and silly interactions, and it all comes together in a way that keeps the game fresh no matter how you play.
