If you’ve skipped Fate/Stay Night’s Saber and Archer in Phase 1 and thought your Stellar Jade stash was safe, think again. Honkai Star Rail 3.4’s Phase 2 is here to put your savings to the test, bringing back a trio of powerful 5-star Destruction units (and their equally devastating Light Cones) for another round of banner temptation. In this guide, we’ll break down the character banners, the Light Cone reruns, and the upcoming events, so you can decide whether to spend or save!

Character Reruns
Phase 2 brings back Firefly in her second rerun banner, “Firefull Flyshine,” and she’s still a must-pull for anyone looking to add a high-impact Fire/Destruction unit to their roster. With her transformation mechanic into SAM, a mech suit that supercharges her damage and survivability, Firefly excels at exploiting enemy weaknesses and dishing out serious AoE and single-target Fire DMG. Her Break Effect scaling and self-sustain make her a flexible carry who fits comfortably into many team comps. This is a prime opportunity to get her or her Eidolons and boost your DPS lineup.

Jingliu also returns in the “Gentle Eclipse of the Moon” banner and is as lethal as ever. This 5-Star Ice/Destruction unit is a high-risk, high-reward main DPS who trades ally HP for massive ice damage. Once she builds up enough stacks through her skill use, she enters Spectral Transmigration mode and unleashes enhanced attacks that ignore a portion of the enemy’s DEF. With a solid support lineup, Jingliu still feels like a top-tier pick for players who want explosive burst damage with a beautiful aesthetic.
With his banner “A Lost Soul,” Blade thrives on controlled chaos. He sacrifices his own HP to deal massive Wind DMG and heals by dishing out damage in return. His playstyle demands careful HP management but offers unmatched damage consistency in longer fights. When paired with supports like Bronya or Huohuo, Blade becomes a durable, self-sustaining carry capable of wiping waves and bosses alike.
4-stars Hanya, Lynx, and Luka will accompany them in their character banners until August 12, adding some spice and utility to the roster.
Light Cone Reruns
Alongside the character banners are reruns of their signature Light Cones, all tailored for Path of Destruction characters and packed with powerful effects that can boost your builds.

New Events
Phase 2 comes with a new cycle for Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction, giving Trailblazers another chance to test their team’s mettle and farm rewards. If you’re building Firefly, Blade, or Jingliu, these endgame modes are the perfect testing ground.
The Realm of the Strange event also returns to give everyone a resource-rich playground to boost character traces, ascend gear, and prepare for future content. Make sure to hop in regularly to maximize your gains, especially if you’re pulling during this phase.
Phase 2 isn’t introducing anyone new, but that’s hardly a downside when the reruns are this good. Firefly, Jingliu, and Blade have already proven themselves in the meta, and now they’re back to dominate again. With their signature Light Cones in the mix, this phase is an excellent opportunity to round out your roster with tried-and-true heavy hitters, so make sure your Stellar Jades are stacked.
