Terms and Conditions:
1. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to abide by the Promo Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Promo Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or variations thereto, as well as any decisions made by Coda Payments Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”).
2. This Promo is organised and managed by the Company, headquartered in Singapore.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. The winner shall respond to the Company within five (5) days of being contacted by the Company for claim verification purposes. The Company will send up to three (3) follow-up emails, each providing the winner with a five (5)-day response window during each follow-up period. If the winner fails to respond or provide the required contact details and documentation after these four (4) attempts, the prize shall be deemed forfeited due to a lack of response. The Company reserves the right to deal with the forfeited prize in its sole discretion upon failure by the winner to verify within the said timeframe, including by awarding it to a back-up winner, who shall then be selected, subject to the same verification and response process.
5. By taking part in this promotion, all participants are deemed to have provided expressed consent for the Company to process, use, and/or transfer (where necessary) the contestant’s personal information, social media handle, and photos submitted, for the purposes of this Promo.
6. Fraud, abuse of redemptions, and/or any dishonest activities related to the campaign may result in the forfeiture of prize entitlement.
7. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion or any terms & conditions without prior notice, as well as the right to substitute, withdraw, or cancel any prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
8. Failure to respond or verify within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate participant or to deal with it at its sole discretion.
9. Entry is open globally, where not prohibited by local law. This campaign is void and not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited, restricted, or requires registration or licensing.
10. Moreover, if there is any dispute, the Company’s decision is deemed final. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the outcome of the Promo.
11. The Company reserves the right to give or cancel or suspend the prizes if it is found that there are any corrupted method(s) utilized and/or false information provided by the participants to receive the prize.
12. By participating in the Promo, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following: a) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the prize or part thereof awarded pursuant to the Promo; or b) the participation in the campaign, or any prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.
13. By setting up an account on any platform and using the services, products and/or features of such platform for the purposes of the campaign (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and the Company shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage.
14. Any local duties or taxes (such as VAT) that may apply upon delivery of the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Under such circumstances, recipient consumers are responsible for the said applicable fees imposed in connection with the delivery of the prizes. These are not covered by the Company.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The participants agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this campaign.
